Account details (name, email, profile information), learning activity (course progress, quiz results, challenge submissions, XP), internship application content, support messages and standard technical logs such as IP address and device type.
To deliver courses and track progress, issue certificates, operate leaderboards and streaks, review internship applications, provide support, improve content quality and secure the platform against abuse.
We process data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service), on the basis of legitimate interest (platform security and product improvement), and with your consent where required, for example marketing email.
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers strictly as needed to run the service. Internship performance summaries are shared with partner companies only with your explicit opt-in. We never sell personal data.
Account and learning data is retained while your account is active and for 24 months afterwards so certificates remain verifiable. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw marketing consent. Contact privacy@dexlinq.academy and we will respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted and audited, and we run regular internal security reviews of the platform.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which lessons work. No advertising trackers.
