Terms of Service

Last updated 2 August 2026. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. One account per person; sharing credentials is grounds for suspension. You must be 16 or older, or have guardian consent.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium plans renew automatically on the selected term (monthly, quarterly, biannual or yearly) until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Coupons apply only to the terms stated at checkout. Invoices and payment history are available in your dashboard.

Refunds

New Premium subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days if they have completed fewer than 20% of a course's lessons. Team plans are governed by their signed order form.

Content licence

Course materials, challenge environments, write-ups and downloadable assets are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly host or use them for third-party training without written permission.

Acceptable use of challenges

Challenge materials are intentionally vulnerable and must only be run in isolated environments you own. Applying techniques taught here against systems without explicit written authorisation is illegal and results in immediate, permanent account termination.

Community conduct

Discussion boards, comments and mentor messages require respectful behaviour. Harassment, flag sharing, solution dumping and spam are removed, and repeat behaviour ends access.

Internships

Internship places are limited, merit-assessed and may be withdrawn for inactivity or conduct breaches. Work produced during an internship on a partner project is governed by the project agreement provided at onboarding.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Courses may be updated, replaced or retired; certificates already issued remain valid. Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance.

Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
